Ford's Commitment to the Community
First and foremost, we're focusing on the health and peace of mind of our customers. We have put more rigorous efforts into our cleaning process on top of what we already were doing. Our showroom and service area are sterilized to ensure you have a safe environment to shop or get maintenance work in.
If you're currently making payments on your Ford vehicle and you're unsure if you'll be able to keep up with them, we're here to soothe your worries. Existing Ford Credit customers who are affected by the Coronavirus and have purchased or leased a vehicle recently are encouraged to contact Ford Credit. They will happily discuss what available options there are if you are having payment difficulty like changing a payment due date or delay a payment. Additionally, Ford Credit is offering a program giving customers who buy new vehicles the option to delay their first payment for 90 days.
