Negotiated a deal online for my trade/ to purchase a new F250. When I got there the numbers were 1500 off. He tried to proceed to show me tax savings etc. I said if they fix it, I will deal so they sent another manager over telling me “my truck needs brakes” this is going to cost me 1k. This is first time, I have ever had a dealership try to change up a deal. Don’t bother driving here from any distance. This dealership lost two sales of 80k trucks.
Was promised things after getting the SUV to the dealership, after getting it there test driving it and also falling in love with it. Whent to purchase they told me they can’t honor the promises that they said they would. You leave feedback and it stated to call the GM a week later and no return phone call. They just want to sell you a car and once your have it they don’t care about the customer.
I purchased a pre owned 2024 f450 with 400 miles on it. the truck was missing the gooseneck ball kit that they all come with new. The only stipulation I had had when purchasing was that they would get me the kit, which the sales manager promised they would do. over a month has gone by and now they are refusing to honor their promise. I will never do business here again.
The people at this dealership are helpful, polite, and accommodating. They worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase of our used pickup. I would purchase from them again.
Good prices, but told me multiple lies before I signed papers. I got the truck I wanted for what I thought was a good deal, but stories kept changing the closer I got to buying.

Just purchased a new truck at Keith Hawthorne Ford and the entire process was very good. Scott Haskins was the sales person I worked with and he was so good to work with throughout the process. Scott was professional, considerate and friendly. There were no pushy sales tactics and I felt they were very transparent throughout the process. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend Scott Hawkins and Hawthorne Ford.
Spent over $30k on a CPO truck. Get it home to find the seat belt in the back middle was damaged, because when they were prepping the car they slammed the bench back so hard it squashed the seat belt buckle. We also could barely open the rear center cup holder. I tell the sales guy, who was good to deal with buying, about the issue. He says call Rick in service. I ask both sales & service to make sure that they have the part, and I can get it fixed so I don't drive 30 minutes for nothing and have to make the drive again. This is where the chain of utter incompetence & entitlement starts.. - Service makes me drive down and of course has the brilliant revelation to order the part - Service promises to call me as early as 7 the next morning (Friday). No Call. - 10 days go by, I am on a biz trip....still no call. I text the sales guy. Says to call service. Even though the mouth breathers at Keith Hawthorne Ford Service never called me for 10 days - I call service, get put on hold, automated prompts, and finally a human...who tells me the service people are all busy and they'll call back. That's 3 days ago now. - I text the sales guy, tell him just send me the part. I'll figure out how to install it or take it somewhere not 30 minutes away that's full of self important service xxxxxxxxxx that are too busy to call back a brand new customer - that's 3 days ago, nothing from the sales guy. - I will now look for a part online & buy it....I have kids that rear seat is kind of important...

The service department was rude to me but nice to a lady who just bought a new car. Thy did not do what requested while doing minimum and moving at a snail's pace. Very dissatisfied with the arrogance of the services I had to endure. FYI I bought a new truck years ago from Keith Hawthorne Ford. And was looking to buy another one. I will not do business with rude people
