Over the years, my husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Keith Hawthorne's dealership. No problems whatsoever. I recently purchased a Ford Bronco and was happy with it. Had a recall on my 2016 f350 for the rear camera. Mine had quit working but service would not replace the part because apparently they had to get VIN info from the OBD plug ???
I had like many others, installed a tuner on my truck after the warranty expired, therefore voided the replacement of the obvious defective camera due to programming.

I searched 10 dealers online and Keith Hawthorne was the easiest to work with before I entered the premises. They also were able to give me the best price.
Was told there was no Lariat version of the Maverick hybrid.. Have been unable to receive any follow up or even a response to replacing winshield that cracked after 5 days. Paperwork provided for individual customer support has no phone number or contact.
Service advisor was great. Was understanding of why I wanted service my vehicle before it was due. Advise me of services coming up and was accommodating to the intervals that I wanted to have them done by.
I have bought 2 cars at this location and both times have been a great experience. They worked hard to get the deals I needed! The staff is very personable and friendly. They didn’t give the clique “car sales” experience.

I purchased a 2022 CPO Audi RS5 from Keith Hawthorne Ford and had it shipped across the country. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find the car in rough shape for a certified pre-owned vehicle — including brakes that were in bad condition and should have been replaced before sale. To make matters worse, they forgot to include my registration with the shipment, creating even more hassle. The dealership will not get back to me in any way. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience that I would not expect from a dealership selling CPO vehicles.
Called the dealership and talked to Evan. He done such a great job, when I went in to test drive he had the car clean and pulled up front waiting on me. Took it out and loved it. Evan told me a lot about the car and I purchased it on the spot. Such a great person and really took the time to help me. Negotiated a deal online for my trade/ to purchase a new F250. When I got there the numbers were 1500 off. He tried to proceed to show me tax savings etc. I said if they fix it, I will deal so they sent another manager over telling me “my truck needs brakes” this is going to cost me 1k. This is first time, I have ever had a dealership try to change up a deal. Don’t bother driving here from any distance. This dealership lost two sales of 80k trucks.
Was promised things after getting the SUV to the dealership, after getting it there test driving it and also falling in love with it. Whent to purchase they told me they can’t honor the promises that they said they would. You leave feedback and it stated to call the GM a week later and no return phone call. They just want to sell you a car and once your have it they don’t care about the customer.
I purchased a pre owned 2024 f450 with 400 miles on it. the truck was missing the gooseneck ball kit that they all come with new. The only stipulation I had had when purchasing was that they would get me the kit, which the sales manager promised they would do. over a month has gone by and now they are refusing to honor their promise. I will never do business here again.
The people at this dealership are helpful, polite, and accommodating. They worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase of our used pickup. I would purchase from them again.
Good prices, but told me multiple lies before I signed papers. I got the truck I wanted for what I thought was a good deal, but stories kept changing the closer I got to buying.

Terrible service when getting oil change. All i did was go for oil change and then he told me i need all new tires and needed rear brakes and might calipers when they look further into it. Staff was friendly and dealership was clean. Only complaints were that we were told the vehicle we purchased would be detailed and ready to go when we arrived and it wasn’t, it never did get cleaned before we took delivery. Also plastic that was put on floor mats that I had to remove left sticky residue which I had to replace.

A 2022 Maverick (hybrid) was posted on their website that they do not have for sale. It is totally misleading. They should not post or show vehicle for sale on the website that is not available. I'm still considering whether I can/should pursue further recourse for this inappropriate business practice. I will definitely let others know about deceptive practices.
I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences at this particular dealership. The 1st time should have been my last time. I called regarding a replacement tire. I travel for work and my time is limited. I had a mixed experience with Keith Hawthorne. Nice employees, and never had any issue with my actual time at the dealership. However, after ordering my Ford Bronco through them it became very difficult to get a hold of people. Good experience, drove up from South Caroline and went over the truck drove off with it an hour later. The salesman was knowledgeable about the truck and everyone was friendly and helpful.
This dealership took my money, my trade in, and the balance from the finance and failed to give me my proper paperwork. I now can't register or insure my new truck. They have stopped taking our calls to fix this issue. We now have a very expensive truck just sitting in the driveway that we can't use. Please don't make the mistake we did in trusting this company. Go someplace else, there are plenty of other Ford dealers out there.
