Negotiated a deal online for my trade/ to purchase a new F250. When I got there the numbers were 1500 off. He tried to proceed to show me tax savings etc. I said if they fix it, I will deal so they sent another manager over telling me “my truck needs brakes” this is going to cost me 1k. This is first time, I have ever had a dealership try to change up a deal. Don’t bother driving here from any distance. This dealership lost two sales of 80k trucks.

Was promised things after getting the SUV to the dealership, after getting it there test driving it and also falling in love with it. Whent to purchase they told me they can’t honor the promises that they said they would. You leave feedback and it stated to call the GM a week later and no return phone call. They just want to sell you a car and once your have it they don’t care about the customer.

I purchased a pre owned 2024 f450 with 400 miles on it. the truck was missing the gooseneck ball kit that they all come with new. The only stipulation I had had when purchasing was that they would get me the kit, which the sales manager promised they would do. over a month has gone by and now they are refusing to honor their promise. I will never do business here again.

The people at this dealership are helpful, polite, and accommodating. They worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase of our used pickup. I would purchase from them again.

Spent over $30k on a CPO truck. Get it home to find the seat belt in the back middle was damaged, because when they were prepping the car they slammed the bench back so hard it squashed the seat belt buckle. We also could barely open the rear center cup holder. I tell the sales guy, who was good to deal with buying, about the issue. He says call Rick in service. Terrible service when getting oil change. All i did was go for oil change and then he told me i need all new tires and needed rear brakes and might calipers when they look further into it. Staff was friendly and dealership was clean. Only complaints were that we were told the vehicle we purchased would be detailed and ready to go when we arrived and it wasn’t, it never did get cleaned before we took delivery. Also plastic that was put on floor mats that I had to remove left sticky residue which I had to replace.

Finally got a appointment for 15 March 2023 after me calling several times. This dealership took my money, my trade in, and the balance from the finance and failed to give me my proper paperwork. I now can't register or insure my new truck. They have stopped taking our calls to fix this issue. We now have a very expensive truck just sitting in the driveway that we can't use. Please don't make the mistake we did in trusting this company. We were promised some missing items after we purchased the truck. We received some and were promised a manual. Our salesman passed away and we then had to work with the managers. They never came through nor called back. One wanted to argue and tell us we shouldn’t have purchased the vehicle before getting the items. I have no owner’s manual nor jack, which we discovered missing after a flat tire. Poor customer service and follow through.

Booked an 8:00am service appointment online, arrived at 7:45am and they wrote the service and drove the truck to the service area. At 10:30am I received an email saying I missed my scheduled appointment, called and was told my truck was not connected to the appointment time. About 40 minutes later I received another email stating my appointment was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership since 2003. I have spent almost $5000 on my Ford Expedition in the past two years. On my last visit I was charged $144 for a test that found a loose wire. If a wire was bad and had to be replaced I would have fine with the charge. However to just turn a screw🤬! Rick Farmer has taken care of my service needs for years, now, From Quicklane to appointments to a couple of longer-term issues, he has been a large part of keeping my personal vehicle rolling. This does not say no one else shares; everyone I've met at the dealership from the sales staff to service people, to parts, have always treated me well.
